This policy covers purchases from AI Eating The World ("AETW", "we", "us"). Payments are processed by Whop, and refunds go back to the original payment method.

1. Get Featured (Listing, Review, Spotlight)

We publish your paid page within 3 business days of your order. If we miss that date, you can ask for a full refund. Once the page is live, the purchase is non-refundable. Paying buys coverage, not a positive verdict: we write what we find, and a verdict you disagree with is not grounds for a refund. If we make a factual error about your product, tell us and we will correct it.

2. AI Search Readiness Audit

We deliver your audit report within 3 business days of your order. If we miss that date, you can ask for a full refund. Once the report is delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.

3. Digital Products (Kits and Templates)

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so they are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is broken or missing, tell us within 14 days. We will send a working copy, or refund you if we can't fix it.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@aieatingtheworld.com with your order email and what went wrong. We reply by email within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Whop; how long they take to reach you depends on your bank or card provider.

5. Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
