1. Introduction
Welcome to AI Eating The World ("AETW", "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy informs you how we handle your personal data when you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, and explains your privacy rights under applicable data protection regulations.
2. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA)
Our website, newsletter, and services are strictly intended for individuals who are at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and applicable international minor privacy laws.
If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for our newsletter or submit any personal information to us. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete that information from our records. If you believe a minor under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at contact@aieatingtheworld.com.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, as well as limited technical information collected automatically when you browse our site:
- Newsletter Subscription: When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and subscription preferences.

4. Analytics, Cookies & No Session Replay
We value your privacy and do not engage in intrusive surveillance:
- No Session Replay / Keystroke Logging: We do not employ session recording tools (such as Hotjar, Clarity, or FullStory) that log user keystrokes, mouse trails, or full sessions.
- Google Consent Mode v2: We utilize Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2 configured to default all storage and ad personalization to "denied" until you grant affirmative consent via our Cookie Preferences banner.
- Vercel Web Analytics: We use privacy-preserving, cookieless Vercel Web Analytics to measure site performance and visitor trends without tracking individual identities.
- Locally Hosted Fonts: All typography and fonts are hosted directly on our own infrastructure. No dynamic requests or IP addresses are shared with external font servers (such as Google Fonts CDN).
